So, last August, I competed in my very first INFB Bodybuilding competition where I took 2nd place. It was an awesome experience and I learned a lot. However, after the competition, instead of maintaining my weight and getting prepared for another competition, I went back to very old habits and a year later, I gained 20lbs!!! (I know WTH) Then, I lost some of it, then gained it back, then lost it again, had surgery where they removed 5 tumors from my stomach and now I'm back at it!! One thing I've learned from my past is the first step to getting back on track and knowing what you did wrong. Here's what I've done wrong this past year: Eating poorly Not doing a lot of fat burn cardio Not getting enough sleep Increased stress Snacking on chocolate at night (Eating poorly) Did I mention eating POORLY!!!!!
